Due to the rainy weather, our event has been rescheduled to June 13th. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you then!

What's Going On?

Stay connected with our community and support our mission of providing safe, compassionate retirement and lifelong care for horses in need. From fundraisers and touch therapy experiences, to volunteer opportunities, every event helps make a difference for the horses we serve. Join us to celebrate, learn, and support a brighter future for retired equines.

Upcoming Event:

Join us for one of our most unique and fun fundraising events yet! This special event will benefit Brooks & Family Equine Retirement, with a large portion of the proceeds also helping support college expenses for our dedicated volunteer, Wyatt Woellhof. Participants will “claim” squares on a marked pasture grid and wager on which square will be the first to get pooped in by the horse — and you do not need to be present to win, making it easy for supporters from anywhere to participate.

More Info:

For guests attending in person, please note that provided food does not include baked goods, as those will be part of a separate auction. We also recommend bringing lawn chairs, as seating is limited. In addition to the fundraiser, attendees can enjoy a live horsemanship clinic by Jeremy Wallen, who will demonstrate techniques for laying down a horse and using the experience as a bonding tool.

We’ll be posting the event grid with available squares on our Facebook page and website soon, so stay tuned!
